We’ve stayed in Rotterdam many times, and this was definitely my favorite stay to date. Super clean room, great location, wonderful staff, fantastic service. Very easy access and good security.

Very friendly welcome and service, for us a perfect location and a garage next door. Very nice matras by the way.

Amazing place.
Monique arranged perfectly the stay of my parents on her BBB.
They stayed over for a couple of nights on a room and they had a perfect experience.
Rooms are comfortable, with all necessary ecquipment. They are clean and silent during the nights.
The view towards the water is fantastic!

If we wouldn‘t stay in this beautiful cozy hotel, we wouldn‘t have seen the gorgeous Port of Rotterdam. The rooms are great, very cozy and relatively big. We had everything we needed (inkc.drinks for free). You are very close the great local cafes and water. The view is great! I would stay here once again when I come back to Rotterdam

We booked an overnight stay with dinner at Parkheuvel. Monique arranged everything for us in a pleasant and unobtrusive manner. She kept in regular contact about the reservation, arranged the restaurant and water taxi reservations, and made sure we had a good breakfast the next day. The room was nice and clean. The bathroom was clean and very well maintained. The bed was comfortable and the sheets smelled fresh. A great experience!

Excellent hotel with a beautiful view of the city. Reception and service was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was above and beyond our expectations. A perfect place for the little getaway we needed. Don't be fooled by the name of this place: staying here for leasure instead of business is a treat.

Very nice and cosy hotel with nice rooms and super friendly staff. They were very helpful with planning trips, had good restaurant recommendations and tips. The hotel itself lies in a district with a lot of restaurants und bars but there is no loud noise at night.

Wow, wow, wow!! This place is awesome and the owners who take care of the place, Monique and Eugene, are what makes this place so amazing. My wife, daughter and I stayed here just for one night and felt.like we wanted to.stay longer. Eugene was most kind in helping us getting our bags to the room since there is no elevator in the building. Our room was spacious, chic and comfortable with a balcony to enjoy the view and lovely weather. We look forward.to another trip to Rotterdam and another stay at BBB. Many, many thanks our gracious hosts and we hope.to see you soon.

Lovely small hotel with a spectacular view! The hotel fully embraces sustainability. Very comfortable and spacious room and the staff is really nice! Lots of other places for dinner or drinks nearby. This is now definitely on my list of favourite places to stay in Rotterdam!

Stayed here for three weeks in August 2023. Very nice, cozy and comfortable, perfectly clean rooms with an excellent view of the Rotterdam skyline. The host are incredibly friendly and caring - if you need anything specific, need tips for a trip to the city or surroundings, they're always there to help and chat. Despite the central location of the hotel, its very quiet and perfect for business trips and anyone looking for a calm place to stay.

We were pleasantly welcomed, the owners were supportive and accommodating and the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. It’s not far from the city centre and there are several places nearby for some good food or a drink. We had a lovely stay!

We recently spent the night at the Bed, Bites & Business hotel. This really was the perfect home base for exploring Rotterdam. We received fantastic help from the staff from start to finish. We also slept wonderfully and enjoyed our beautifully decorated room. The free drinks and coffee in the room were also nice. On top of that, the view over the Kop van Zuid was breathtaking. All in all, we highly recommend this boutique hotel! We will definitely come back soon!

We were there for a weekend trip as a family with three children and had the large loft. It was perfect. Super nice modern industrial look. Comfortable beds, Nespresso machine, fridge with soft drinks included. And all of this in a quiet, top location. It didn't bother us, but it should be mentioned that the hotel doesn't have an elevator. Staff/owner very friendly and helpful. If we come to Rotterdam again then this will definitely be the first address.

Came to Rotterdam for a medical procedure and some sightseeing. This hotel was perfect for both! The owners are incredibly helpful and kind, they attended to any and all needs/requests and were more than happy to make recommendations. The room was not large, but the storage was smart, the bed was very comfortable, the view was great, and the shower was nice as well. There are many good restaurants within walking distance and we had fun taking the nearby water taxi to other locations.

Very warm welcome, beautiful room with fantastic views. Room was complete, very clean and with good beds. Quiet at night and heard nothing.

Small-scale Boutique hotel. Cool rooms with an industrial look. We had breakfast outside, so no experience here. Location is great: close to many nice restaurants. The room is not large and there is not really a seat or a table (if you want to work). Parking is available in the parking garage (not cheap.) The owner is very friendly. Nice place!

Nice hôtel, rooms are quite simple and you need to love modernism 🙂
Luckily, mattress is perfect, so you sleep really well.

We just sat for a coffee there. The location is super nice with perfect view. The staff was super friendly and kind to help with everything. Just as recomandation: it would be nice if you add plant based milks, because apart from vegan, some people have problems with normal milk.

A small but very nice family hotel. The son and father are very helpful, open and very friendly. The stay in this hotel was very nice because the host family have the know-how and gave me a wonderful welcome. Breakfast is also very fine and is personally freshly prepared. I would love to come back and can highly recommend this great hotel.
